Maria Elena Novello , Owner/School Director of Nevada School of Professional Studies (NSPS), a recognized post-secondary school, is a dedicated business owner that is making a huge impact within our community by providing job training programs in high-demand fields.
With a combined experience of 25+ years in vocational training and staffing, Maria knows firsthand of the barriers our participants face. Through NSPS, Maria is committed to making sure others are equipped with the right tools and skills needed to begin their journey in the workforce. Through her journey of helping others, Maria found that she is committed to Nevadans and has set high standards for NSPS to be the best vocational training provider in Southern Nevada.
Johnny Morales
Workforce Development Partner & Trainer
Certified in Workforce Development and owner of DreamBuildGrow International LLC (DreamBuildGrowInternational.com), Johnny Morales currently serves as the Workforce Development Partner and Trainer for Nevada School of Professional Studies.
His passion for building people led him to 25+ years of experience reaching 25,000+ leaders within for-profit companies, non-profit organizations, law enforcement, military, city officials, local government, Re-entry, medical care, mental health, and faith-based communities.
Johnny's faith and servant leadership help him guide others in reaching their personal and professional God-given potential here at the Nevada School of Professional Studies (NSPS).
