Nevada School of Professional Studies (NSPS) is seeking an engaging, creative, instructor for our Medical Billing and Coding course to join our high-performing team!! Our adult learners may be changing careers, enhancing their skills for promotions, or beginning a new career. We are all about teamwork and communication. Our goal is to be a partner with our students on their journey to success. As an instructor, you’ll play a crucial role in partnering with our students. You’ll inspire, motivate and encourage our adult learners.

Below is what we are looking for in the right candidate:

Follow/develop curriculum and lesson plans, and present those lessons to students, individually or in groups.

Maintaining a safe and respectful classroom environment in order to optimize student capabilities and develop their love of learning.

Qualified applicants must have: 

CPC certification

Minimum of two years' teaching experience

Be able to adapt to various learning styles

Experience in billing and coding that includes ICD 10

Be knowledgeable in online instructor led classes and in person

Detailed oriented

Evolve Online teaching experience a plus

Bi-Lingual is a plus

On-campus hours and some remote flex hours available, part time and/or full-time with benefits.
